In order to keep contact and traffic down to a safe minimum, we are using applications to prequalify for showings. If you are interested in applying for a showing at a property we have advertised for rent, please download this fillable application and email to Julie@Moxyhomes.com or text a pic of it to 616-581-2936. If you are unable to do either, you can simply email the relevant information.
In order to qualify for our properties, we first look for gross income equal to a minimum of 3 times rent, a score of 550 in at least one of the bureaus and a history free from evictions. Meeting these minimum qualifications does not constitute an offer to rent or a guarantee to see the property. We also consider additional criteria like work & income history, gaps, rental history, references and a background check. If there is an error on a credit report we will try to take that into consideration.
All of our properties are no smoking and no cultivating properties. Pets are determined on a case by case basis.
